This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of the website, products, applications, platforms, and hosted services provided by Tech Youth Pvt. Ltd. ("Tech Youth," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services"). This AUP supplements and forms an integral part of our Terms of Service. 1.2 Security Abuse
Users must not:
- Probe, scan, test, or attempt to identify vulnerabilities in any system, network, application, or infrastructure without proper authorization.
- Circumvent, disable, defeat, or attempt to bypass security controls, authentication mechanisms, access restrictions, rate limits, or other protective measures.
- Introduce, distribute, transmit, or facilitate malware, viruses, ransomware, worms, trojans, destructive code, or other malicious software.
- Conduct phishing, spoofing, credential harvesting, social engineering, or other fraudulent activities intended to obtain unauthorized access to information, systems, or accounts.
1.3 Service Disruption and Abuse
Users must not:
- Conduct or facilitate denial-of-service ("DoS"), distributed denial-of-service ("DDoS"), or other attacks intended to disrupt or degrade the availability or performance of any system or service.
- Intentionally overload, impair, or interfere with the infrastructure supporting the Services.
- Scrape, crawl, extract, harvest, or collect data from the Services in violation of these Terms, applicable technical restrictions, or applicable law.
- Interfere with, restrict, or otherwise adversely affect another user's access to or use of the Services.
1.4 Misuse and Deceptive Conduct
Users must not:
- Send unsolicited bulk communications, including spam, through or using the Services.
- Misrepresent their identity, impersonate another individual or organization, or falsely represent the source or origin of communications or content.
- Use the Services for fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful purposes.
- Resell, sublicense, lease, distribute, or otherwise provide access to the Services to third parties without the prior written authorization of Tech Youth.

When submitting a report, please provide as much relevant information as reasonably available, including URLs, usernames or account information where appropriate, dates and timestamps, a description of the suspected violation, and any supporting evidence. We may review reports and take appropriate action in accordance with this AUP, our Terms of Service, applicable law, and our internal procedures.
3. Enforcement
Tech Youth reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to take appropriate action in response to actual or suspected violations of this AUP, including without prior notice where circumstances reasonably require. Such actions may include:
- Removing, restricting, or disabling access to content that violates this AUP.
- Suspending, restricting, or terminating a user's account or access to the Services.
- Investigating suspected violations or misuse of the Services.
- Reporting suspected unlawful activity to appropriate governmental, regulatory, or law-enforcement authorities.
- Cooperating with lawful investigations and requests from competent authorities.
- Pursuing any other legal or equitable remedies available under applicable law.
Tech Youth does not undertake an obligation to monitor all content or activity conducted through the Services. However, we reserve the right to monitor, investigate, review, or take action concerning content or activity where we consider it appropriate or necessary to protect our users, Services, systems, rights, or legal interests.
4. Policy Changes
Tech Youth may amend or update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, legal requirements, security standards, or other relevant circumstances. Any updated version will become effective upon publication, unless otherwise stated. Your continued access to or use of the Services after the effective date of an updated AUP constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
